Where an order can go
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Checkout does not offer other countries.
Labels are purchased for pickup from 11 Andover Place, New York, NY 10019. Mail about an order goes to Somaluxe Co., 310 W 56 Street, New York, NY 10019.
United States
Shipping is free on every order to a United States address. The price is $0 at checkout. We do not promise a delivery date. USPS is the carrier we use to buy the label.
Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia
These orders ship by USPS First-Class Package International Service. Each moisturizer and the serum are entered at 5 oz. Checkout uses the USPS retail price in Notice 123 effective October 4, 2026, for a parcel up to 8 oz: $19.40 to Canada, $23.05 to the United Kingdom, and $24.80 to Australia. A second item steps the rate up to the USPS price for a parcel up to 1 lb.
This is not a live quote from USPS on each order. The price you are charged is the price shown before you pay.
Duties, import tax, and any carrier brokerage fee are your responsibility. We do not prepay them and we do not know the amount in advance.
Packing
Orders are packed on business days. Saturday, Sunday, and US federal holidays are not packing days. Transit time after the carrier has the package is the USPS service time, not a guaranteed date.
Sales tax
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
