How long you have
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Email support@somaluxe.com with your order number.
Unused products
A return is accepted when the product is unused. You pay the return postage.
The refund is the product price, sent to the original payment method after we receive the return and check it. Outbound shipping is refunded only if you were charged for it. United States orders ship free, so that charge is usually zero.
Wrong item or damage
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, email support@somaluxe.com within the same 30 days. Include a photo and the order number. We pay the return postage if we need the item back, and we send a replacement. If we cannot replace it, we refund the product price and any shipping you paid.
