What checkout collects
When you place an order we collect the name, email address, shipping address, and phone number you enter, plus the products in the order.
Payment is processed by WooPayments and PayPal. The shop does not store your full card number. Those processors handle the card or PayPal account under their own terms.
Klaviyo
Klaviyo is our customer relationship system. It receives your name, email address, and order information so we can send order and product email. The site also sends a product-view event to Klaviyo when you open a product page.
Cookies and analytics
The shop uses a WooCommerce session to keep your cart. Google Site Kit and the Google tag on the site measure how the site is used. Order attribution cookies record which visit led to an order.
Sale of personal information
Somaluxe Co. does not sell your personal information. Service providers that process an order, a payment, a shipment, or an email are not a sale.
Privacy requests
Email support@somaluxe.com to ask for a copy of the information we have about an order, or to ask us to correct it. We may need the order number to find the record.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
